How Our Data Works

We're a price-comparison and review site for sex dolls. Almost everything you see here is built from live retailer listings, run through a pipeline that turns thousands of messy, duplicated product pages into one clean, comparable page per doll. This page explains that pipeline honestly — including where the data ends and our judgment begins, and the things we deliberately refuse to do.

As of the last rebuild (2026-07-05) we track 18,495 listings across 10 stores, resolved into 12,415 distinct dolls.

1. We scrape real listings from real stores

Our catalog starts from the actual product pages of 10 independent retailers. We read each store's listings the way a shopper's browser would — pulling the title, price, list price, stock status, specs and images from the live page. We don't buy a feed or take data handed to us by a retailer, and no store can add, remove or reword its own listings in our data. If a doll isn't genuinely listed for sale somewhere we track, it doesn't exist on this site.

2. We resolve duplicates into one doll per page

The same physical doll is listed dozens of times across the web: different stores, different height and skin-tone variants, and plain duplicate listings within a single store. Our entity resolution groups those listings into a single model — one page per doll — using the manufacturer, sculpt, height, cup and other spec signals. That's what makes a real price comparison possible: when you see “this doll at 5 stores,” it's because we've matched five separate listings to the same underlying product, not because a store told us so.

Resolution is never perfect. When we're not confident two listings are the same doll, we keep them apart rather than merge them — we'd rather show you two pages than invent a comparison that isn't real.

3. Prices are refreshed live at build time

Every price, list price and in-stock flag on the site is captured when we rebuild it — not typed in by hand and left to rot. That's why our deals page can show the deepest current markdowns and the biggest store-to-store gaps: they're recomputed from the latest listings each build, not curated once and forgotten. Prices still move between our rebuild and your visit, so we always link straight to the store for you to confirm the live number before buying.

We sanity-check the discounts we surface: a “list price” only counts if it's actually higher than the sale price and no more than three times it, so a stray or placeholder value can't manufacture a fake “80% off.”

4. We normalize specs into one consistent format

Stores describe the same doll in wildly different units and words — centimeters vs feet-and-inches, “TPE” vs “thermoplastic elastomer,” cup letters that don't agree. We normalize height, weight, bust/waist/hip, cup, material and body type into one consistent schema so specs are comparable across brands and stores, and so filters and collections actually mean the same thing everywhere on the site.

5. Editorial is hand-written, then reconciled against the specs

Our guides, best-of lists and store notes are written by our editorial team, drafted with the help of AI tools and reviewed by a human before publishing — nothing goes live without a human pass. When an article names a doll's height, weight, material or cup, we reconcile that claim against the normalized spec data at write time, so the words on the page and the numbers in the comparison table can't drift apart. Best-of picks pull their prices and store counts live from the same catalog, so a shortlist can never quietly go stale.

6. We curate images, face-first

We pull product photography from retailer listings and order it so the most representative, face-first images lead — the ones that actually help you judge a sculpt. Where we can, we serve our own cached copy for speed and reliability. If you hold rights to an image and want it removed, see our DMCA page.

What we don't do

This is the part most sites won't put in writing. We don't:

  • Claim hands-on testing we didn't do. We have not physically ordered and tested these dolls. Our picks are made on specs, materials and cross-store coverage, and we say so plainly. When a store review hasn't been verified with a test order, we list exactly what we haven't verified rather than pretend.
  • Accept payment for placement. No retailer or brand can buy a ranking, a rating or a spot on a best-of list. Affiliate relationships help fund the site but never decide what we recommend — see our editorial policy.
  • Invent ratings or reviews. We don't publish star ratings we can't stand behind, and we don't fabricate owner quotes or testimonials.
  • Fake urgency. No countdown timers that reset on refresh, no coupon-code theater, no “was” prices we made up to inflate a discount.
  • Guess. If a shipping time, warranty term or spec isn't in our data, we don't fill the gap with a plausible-sounding number. We leave it blank and tell you to confirm with the store.

Corrections & questions

Data is never flawless at this scale. If you spot a mismatched listing, a wrong spec or a price that's drifted, tell us and we'll fix it. For more on independence and affiliate disclosure, see our editorial policy; to see the pipeline's output in action, browse today's deals.
